Individuals and families will be able to access information to assist them in accomplishing the following objectives:
- Their rights and responsibilities under the American with Disabilities Act
- How to take action when rights and entitlements are not met
- How to access resources and programs (such as reduced fare programs, travel training, etc.)
- How to use public transportation to get to their jobs, recreational programs, and other destinations
- What public transportation options are available to them in their communities
